2. Website Scheduling & Clinical Hours Policy
Our digital tools allow you to request time slots aligned with our established operating hours:
- Monday & Wednesday: 8:00am–9:30am & 3:00pm–6:00pm
- Tuesday & Thursday: 12:00pm–1:00pm & 3:00pm–6:00pm
- Friday: 9:00am–10:30am & 12:00pm–1:00pm
- Saturday & Sunday: Closed
Please note that submitted web requests are tentative until confirmed via phone or email by our front office staff. If you need to cancel or modify an appointment, you must contact the clinic directly by phone at (360) 254-0994 within our standard cancellation policy window.
